| Pique handball + the first one that was given outside of the box were the best shouts. |

| 2 - The Alves foul was inside the area and the Pique handball of course. The most inexplicable one is Pique's though. How the ref nor the linesman spotted such a blatant handball is really shocking. |

| The Abidal shirt pull. If he wanted Drogba's shirt he only had to wait until full time. I'm sure Didier would have come down to his dressing room and given it to Abidal, clean from his early bath. Alves - it's not wrestling you know. Pique - though the ref probably would have given it if he'd stopped the ball with 2 hands. |

| Can someone find and post all the replays here? I'm esp. curious about the Alves one, because IIRC when the whistle blew, Malouda was half in the area and half out, while Alves was in the area. But the jostling started outside. In tennis, even the slightest mm on the line is In. What is the rule in football - does the full fouling incident have to be in the box? Does just the attacker have to be in the box? Or the defender as well? |

| they should have had 1 certainly, but I'm sure most Chelsea fans will agree that Ballack's appeal in injury time was worth getting knocked out for. |

The funny thing was that he actually had a decent chance to get to the rebound, but he was too busy screaming at the ref to realize it.
It would have made my night if the ref actually blew the whistle for a penalty after getting harassed by Ballack. Now THAT would have been a hell of a story. |

| To be fair messiah, I still think you are owed 1 or 2 decisions. We still haven't evened up Terry's header in the 4-2 win, so hopefully you'll get one in our next meeting. |

| 2 at least.. The Pique hand ball was 100% for me.. and the Alves drag on Malouda. Im not sure on the final hand ball shout..but he did turn his back and raise his arms. You're not meant to raise your arms..ive seen loads of penalties/free kicks given for that so it coudl've easily been another one. |

| | Quote: | Chelsea's Jose Bosingwa: Referee Was Bought The right-back lashed out at the match official following the highly controversial scenes in London on Wednesday night...
Chelsea will not have the chance to repeat last season's story and reach the Champions League final along with Manchester United after a home 1-1 draw against Barcelona.
The Blues, who are out of the competition on away-goals rule, are very critical of Tom Henning Ovrebo as they feel they the referee failed to signal what they describe as clear penalties.
After the game, striker Didier Drogba could not control his emotions and called Ovrebo a "disgrace", and Bosingwa has now echoed the Ivorian's frustration.
"This referee was bought. I do not know if he is a referee or a thief. There are no words to describe the person that was on the pitch here," he told RTP after the game.
"We are all sad, but we have to raise our heads high again. There is nothing to say about Barcelona's goal, but there were penalties that were not awarded."
On the performance of the man in charge of the game, the Portugal international added, "The way he refereed the match was not the most correct one. He should never referee again."
Luís Mira, Goal.com |
Hopefully Uefa will take into consideration that Chelsea were robbed and that Barcelona is a disgrace and that Chelsea were robbed. |

| There's gonna be some big bans for Chelsea players for next season thats for sure. Ballack, Drogba and whoever lashes out in the press in the next few days. End of the day he cocked up on pens, but surely if he was bought he could have let Abidal away with a yellow. |

I follow italian football so I know a thing or two about match fixing and if the ref wanted to conceal it he would try to find some to make it seem like he was objective when all the long he wasn't. |
