Well the team has made good ground to close the gap since 1992, it will be sooner and not rather later when Man United do finally overate Liverpools 18 Biggrin (should have equalled or overtaken already, curse Blackburn 94/95 and Arsenal 97/98!)

Never even considered he'd play. Be great if he's fit for the game.

He was milking the celebrations more than the regulars in the team, a fit Saha could be a good option.

I thought Saha was out for the rest of the season too but because he was on the bench today then it must mean he is fit.

If he plays some part in the champions league final and we win it then forget buying another striker, i would be happy to keep Saha. Very Happy

Saha is too unreliable these days, how many chances has he be given?

There are some absolutely fantastic - iconic, even - pictures in that set.

Correct me if I am wrong.

Most successful team in EPL history - Man Utd

Most effective player in EPL history - Ronaldo (contentious?)

Top EPL goalscorer in one season - Andy Cole (joint)

Biggest EPL stadium - Man Utd

Most commercially successful EPL team in history - Man Utd

Largest brand in worldwide football - Man Utd

Currently the biggest team in World football = yes, I believe they are

Best manager in EPL history - SAF

Well done Man Utd.

Could well go on to be, but this is still very debatable at the moment.

Who has had a more influential impact on the outcome of the EPL title than Ronaldo?

There might be somebody - Shearer, for example - but I'm not sure.

Cheers

Don't just look at the goals. I'm thinking of the likes of Cantona, Andy Cole, Giggs, Henry, Shearer.

Would you say Ronaldo's been more influential than Rio or Evra? From past seasons you can look at Keane and Schmeichel too.

And it's not just about the title challengers. What about players who have come in to a struggling club and kept them up?

He deserved to be ranked with players like Cantona, Schmeichel, Giggs & Keane, though not in front of them yet.

Shouldnt we have enough medals to give one to Pique and Kuzy and Rio should have lifted the trophy with Giggs , by the way what a way to (Almost)effectively end your career score a prem winning goal , well done Giggsy.
